Buyer or liquidator of a business listed here? Its internal data may still have value — see the data of a business sold by the court. Or a dated record report.
What this is
In a French insolvency, the court can approve the sale of all or part of the business to a buyer (plan de cession). The staff and contracts named in the plan move to the buyer; the old company is usually liquidated. This site lists the companies for which such a plan was published in the BODACC in 2024–2026.
Who uses it
- Customers and suppliers — who took over this business?
- In liquidation? — see French companies in judicial liquidation.
What it is not
Not the BODACC, not a court registry, and not a Kbis. The open file does not name the buyer, nor say which part of the business was sold. The headcount band is the one INSEE holds for the company (SIRENE), for the year shown; it can be out of date. The procedure is the latest one published in the BODACC in 2024–2026.
